  1. Sunbenz belongs to thiadiazine group of insecticide.
  2. Sunbenz is recommended on Cotton, Chilli, Mango, and Rice on Hoppers, Whitefly, and other Sucking pests.
  3. Sunbenz is an insect growth regulator which inhibits chitin synthesis. It lethally inhibits larval moulting, suppresses oviposition, and reduces egg viability.
  4. Sunbenz controls nymphal stages of sucking pests. It being a contact insecticide, proper coverage is essential for best control.

  1. Sunbenz kills nymph within 3-5 days of application as they cannot feed in treated areas.
  2. Sunbenz has no resurgence effect and should be applied alternatively with other groups of insecticide.
  3. Sunbenz has good compatibility with commonly used insecticides and fungicides.
  4. Sunbenz affects the chitin synthesis which is an essential part of skin formation in insects. However, it is safe for human beings but care should be taken to avoid spraying near aquatic animal rearing sites.
